Gregg Ward is President and Co-Founder of Orlando-Ward & Associates, Inc, and an advisor, consultant, educator, facilitator and mediator on diversity, harassment, management, teamwork, leadership, and change. He is also recognized as the nation's top expert on the use of live, professional drama, interactive facilitation, and experiential learning as workplace training tools.

Prior to co-founding Orlando-Ward & Associates, Inc. in 1997, Ward served Producing Artistic Director of Plays for Living, Inc. in New York. From 1988 to 1993 he served as a feature writer, journalist and critic in Europe for The BBC, Scotland on Sunday Newspaper, The Independent and The List. He has been a guest on numerous television and radio programs including STV's Forum 2000, and Crossing The Line on PBS.

Ward and Donna Orlando, co-founder of Orlando-Ward & Associates, Inc. started their careers in 1984 while working as specialist trainers for the New York City Police Department. Since then, they have developed and led more than 1,500 training programs and seminars throughout the United States and Europe.

Ward is an adjunct professor at San Diego State University, College of Professional Studies. He has lectured in the M.B.A. program at The University of Edinburgh and served as an adjunct at The New School University for Social Research in New York City. He has also taught master classes and seminars at Harvard University, New York University, Boston University, The University of California, and The City University of New York. From 1993 to 1997, he frequently co-led and collaborated on executive training programs with instructors at Cornell University's NYC extension school.

Ward is a member of SHRM and ASTD, holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Boston University, and has attended many training programs and seminars on diversity, harassment, organizational change and development, leadership, interpersonal communication, media relations, negotiating, EEO & The Law, and team building.
